Sales & Service Agent – Retail (Multiple Locations)

About the role

The Sales & Service Agent works in Liberty retail locations across Puerto Rico, delivering a seamless customer experience. You will handle service inquiries, process claims, promote and sell fixed‑line and mobile products, and guide customers toward automatic payment options.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers, answer product and service questions, and open new accounts.
• Resolve billing, technical, or service issues promptly and accurately.
• Promote and upsell Liberty’s fixed‑line, mobile, and accessory offerings.
• Encourage enrollment in automatic payment methods such as Direct Debit, IVR, and web payments.
• Retain customers who request disconnection or downgrade, escalating unresolved cases to supervisors.
• Collaborate with store management on merchandising, product launches, and daily operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pricing plans, promotions, and service features.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, patient demeanor.
• Ability to meet sales targets and follow Liberty’s “Customer First” philosophy.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a retail environment.
