About the role
Join B-Parts, a fast‑growing eCommerce platform for used auto parts, and become the voice that connects customers with the right components. Based at the Porto headquarters, you will work directly with private owners and professional repair shops, ensuring a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist private and professional customers via phone and written channels to identify the correct used auto parts.
- Register new customers and process orders efficiently in the system.
- Provide timely updates on order status and communicate logistics, after‑sales procedures, and related inquiries.
- Support customer‑satisfaction initiatives and follow‑up to guarantee a positive experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in Portuguese and French (mandatory).
- Fluency in English or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation with attention to detail.
- Good planning and organization abilities.
Required skills
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Fluency in French.
- Basic proficiency in English or Spanish (optional).
