Sales Promoter – Managed Care

About the role

The Sales Promoter will actively promote Triple‑S managed‑care products aimed at individuals eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. You will represent our brand at marketing events, develop relationships in communities and businesses, and help expand our reach across assigned regions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily promotional activities and represent the brand at formal and informal marketing events.
• Complete appointment and administrative forms accurately and submit them within required deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing Medicare Advantage and Medicaid markets.
• Report daily production metrics to the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager.
• Identify and pursue market opportunities with community groups, social service agencies, and other organizations.
• Maintain positive relationships with providers, community organizations and internal departments.
• Support strategic initiatives and assist other marketing, sales or related activities as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent technical course.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience in sales, promotion or community outreach.
• Ability to work in compliance with MIPPA, CMS rules and company policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
