Sales Onboarding Trainer – VS&A

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Onboarding Trainer to join its Global Education team. You will design and deliver instructor‑led training for new hires on the VS&A Sales team, covering cameras, access‑control hardware, cloud software, mobile apps, and network solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain administrative tasks for new employee setup and follow‑up throughout onboarding.
• Deliver product and sales training to VS&A Sales new hires, ensuring readiness for their roles.
• Partner with leadership and subject‑matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs.
• Collaborate with business units to understand new feature usage and translate requirements into training content.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials for the onboarding process.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training delivery.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Clear, concise writing for corporate audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter capable of independent work and meeting project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including international trips.
