Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a well‑trained sales team, exceed location quotas and grow market share while upholding the highest ethical standards. The role combines people leadership, customer‑focused sales execution and community‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and motivate Sales Counselors to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure sales processes follow company manuals, compliance standards and legal regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing programs tailored to local demographics and monitor competitor pricing.
• Review contracts for compliance with state, provincial and federal laws; approve discounts.
• Maintain sales materials, training manuals, equipment and a professional sales environment.
• Prepare reports demonstrating financial and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of sales management experience; prior sales counseling or supervisory experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good record; insurance license where required.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours to serve customers.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows‑based PC environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
