Sales Lead – Full-Time Retail Position

About the role

The Sales Lead will support the Store Director in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Wyndham Rio Mar resort. This entry‑level supervisory role oversees the sales team, manages daily operations, and ensures accurate cash handling in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to provide optimal guest service.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash register balancing and safe management.
• Drive store sales, per‑capita and purchase‑with‑purchase goals, and coach team members to meet targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation directives.
• Perform daily store upkeep such as cleaning, recovery, and merchandise placement.
• Enforce loss‑prevention policies and ensure a safe, organized environment.
• Resolve guest service issues in partnership with the Store Director.
