Sales Executive / Groups Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven Sales Executive / Groups Coordinator to boost our hotel’s MICE and group business in Italy, with the possibility to work from Courmayeur or Lisbon. The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to MICE and group RFPs and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate, convert, and contract MICE and group business to maximize revenue.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with budget and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
• Ensure client and account data in Opera is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover from sales to operations.
• Support the hotel’s commercial strategy by optimizing conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proactive, autonomous and solution‑driven with a positive attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable and “can‑do” mindset.
• Commercially focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Meetings & Events or group sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to be based in Courmayeur, Italy or Lisbon, Portugal.
