Sales Director – Advertising Agencies

About the role

Uno Radio Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its advertising agency business across Puerto Rico. You will head a high‑performing sales team and drive integrated 360° campaigns that combine radio, streaming, and live activations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to media directors, planners, and buyers at advertising agencies.
• Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales executives to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Participate in field activities, co‑selling and supporting complex pitches.
• Transform survey and market data into compelling visual presentations that reinforce Uno Radio Group’s market leadership.
• Design hybrid advertising packages that blend radio, digital streaming, and live event assets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in the advertising agency and media sales landscape in Puerto Rico.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value, multi‑channel deals.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑changing media environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard analytics and media sales/advertising software used in the industry.
