Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will join Carwow Group's Sell My Car team, guiding private car sellers through our online auction process. You will combine strong communication with a customer‑centric approach to ensure sellers feel confident and informed at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of leads from owners looking to sell their vehicles via the Carwow auction platform.
• Review uploaded car listings for accuracy and completeness, working proactively with sellers to correct any issues before auction.
• Provide expert advice based on industry knowledge, balancing seller price expectations with market realities.
• Explain the Carwow auction process clearly, ensuring sellers understand each stage and remain committed.
• Support sellers throughout the auction journey to maximise the likelihood of a successful sale.
