Sales Development Representative, German Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative who speaks German to join its growing sales engine. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, turning cold interest into qualified opportunities for the Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑fit accounts and key decision‑makers within the target market.
• Execute daily multi‑channel outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn networking) to generate leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and assess fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging based on market feedback.
• Continuously learn product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or related field (not mandatory).
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or B2B customer service; SDR experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a “hunter” mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑rejection environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting.
