Sales Developer – International Markets

About the role

Laskasas Group, a leading Portuguese premium furniture and lighting producer, is expanding its international footprint. We are looking for a proactive Sales Developer to join our commercial team in Rebordosa, Porto, and help generate new business across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in target international markets.
• Present and demonstrate our product portfolio to potential partners.
• Manage leads, identify opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Update and organise company and customer data on an ongoing basis.
• Track sales performance, work towards monthly/annual targets and report results.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences and client meetings, both virtual and on‑site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and customer management.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and activity planning.
• IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
