Romanian‑Speaking Content Moderator – Porto

About the role

Workster Jobs is hiring Romanian‑speaking Content Moderators to join a fast‑growing team in Porto, Portugal. You will work on video content from a major social media network, supporting a leading Chinese internet technology client. The role requires quick decision‑making and strict adherence to moderation guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate video content according to company policies.
• Decide on approval, review, or denial of each piece of content.
• Act swiftly while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Represent the client’s brand professionally in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet moderation targets.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level proficiency in Romanian.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Residency in Porto, Portugal.
• Previous experience in content moderation or BPO is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
