Retail Store Manager – Porto

About the role

Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Porto and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for both the business performance and the team’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve sales targets by coaching, training, and motivating the sales team.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Execute promotions, sales campaigns, and merchandising directives accurately.
• Handle store administration, reporting on buying trends, customer needs, and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience in a comparable-sized operation.
• Strong interest in fashion, market trends, and the Carhartt brand.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational abilities and a commitment to customer service.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
