Retail Store Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in downtown Lisbon. As the Retail Store Manager you will lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers while meeting sales and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store staff, scheduling shifts and managing performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client inquiries or issues.
• Control inventory, oversee stock replenishment and minimise retail loss.
• Implement store policies, enforce procedures and keep the store presentation attractive.
• Track sales results, set goals and drive the team to achieve them.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of proven experience in store management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory systems.
• Basic financial management knowledge.
