Retail Stock Controller – Lisbon

About the role

Gucci is looking for a Stock Controller to join its Lisbon store team. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal product availability, supporting sales targets and ensuring a seamless flow of merchandise between the back‑office and the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and process deliveries of products, articles and supplies promptly.
• Prepare new items for display in collaboration with the sales team.
• Execute hourly replenishment accurately and manage stock transfers.
• Monitor the flow of goods, arrange articles on the shop floor and follow daily placement guidelines.
• Conduct inventory operations and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Communicate daily with the Stock Manager and Store Management on product rotation and propose corrective actions.
• Adhere to Gucci policies, procedures and brand values.

Required profile

• Brand ambassador who lives the Gucci values.
• Passionate about fashion and product knowledge.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Engaging with customers and able to work in a high‑energy retail environment.
