About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate you will be the front‑line representative of Best Buy, helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. You will receive training on product knowledge and sales techniques to confidently recommend items across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and make tailored recommendations.
• Process cash register transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor.
• Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup orders.
• Continuously update product knowledge through ongoing learning.

Required profile

• At least 3 months of experience in retail or a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for helping people.
