Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel in Lisbon

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests, shaping their experience from the initial inquiry to booking confirmation. Working in a luxury hotel environment, you will deliver personalized service while supporting revenue growth and occupancy optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, warm and personalized service through telephone, email and other communication channels, aligning with brand standards.
• Manage, process and update individual and group reservations accurately in the hotel reservation system.
• Understand guests' needs, provide tailored recommendations and create personalized experiences.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of rooms, packages and hotel services.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office and Guest Experience teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or Customer Service within hospitality, preferably a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservation systems.
