About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Representative who will work remotely to assist French‑speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
Provide product information, resolve order issues and answer general questions.
Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.

Required profile

Fluency in French at C2 level.
Good command of English (minimum B2).
Strong problem‑solving abilities and empathy for customers.
Availability to work remotely from the Braga to Coimbra area.
