Remote Junior French Speaking Customer Support

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Representative who can communicate fluently in French and provide excellent service to our customers remotely. The role is based in Portugal, allowing you to work from anywhere between Braga and Coimbra.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluency in French at C2 level.
- Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy for customers.
- Availability to work remotely from Braga to Coimbra.
