Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues and ensuring they feel valued after each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, e‑commerce, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support tools).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
