Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues through chat, email and phone, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to meet service goals.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
