Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them navigate technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
