Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through chat, email and phone, and ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling helped and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
