Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer-service platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
