Reliability Test Engineer – Hydraulics

About the role

As a Reliability Test Engineer focusing on hydraulics, you will ensure the robustness and performance of hydraulic components used in residential heating solutions. You will work in a dedicated laboratory, defining tests, executing them, and analysing results to drive product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and continuously improve reliability test procedures for hydraulic components.
• Execute tests, collect data and perform in‑depth failure analysis.
• Identify root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare clear analytical reports and communicate findings to cross‑functional development teams.
• Collaborate with product development to align testing activities with design requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in technical product development or laboratory testing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
