Regulatory Project Manager – Cybersecurity & DORA

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across our international financial operations. The role combines cybersecurity, IT governance and regulatory compliance, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in Lisbon or Porto.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the implementation roadmap for DORA‑related initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate steering committees, workshops and follow‑up meetings.
• Produce dashboards, reports and executive presentations for senior management.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans with technical and business teams.
• Provide guidance, resolve roadblocks and promote best practices for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories and communication materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for DORA topics and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, information systems and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with project planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical or regulatory topics.
