Regional Marketing Manager, Portugal & Spain

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead all Experimental* venues across Portugal and Spain. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape and execute the brand’s marketing strategy for hotels, restaurants and bars, ensuring consistency and local relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site brand and marketing materials (menus, signage, brochures, in‑room collateral) for all properties in the region.
• Maintain accurate local information (opening hours, menus, events) across digital and printed channels.
• Coordinate on‑site activations, local events and act as the primary liaison between operational teams and the Paris marketing hub.
• Develop and implement the regional marketing plan in line with the Experimental* brand guidelines.
• Capture and provide visual content for social media, assist with photoshoots, and manage community accounts.
• Verify and update property information on websites and external platforms, support CRM initiatives and ensure data quality.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and key metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to bridge local operations with a central marketing team.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects across several venues.
• Autonomous, proactive and comfortable working remotely with a strong sense of accountability.
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
