Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Lead for Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle to join Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, based in Lisbon. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on leading operational execution and evolution of the end‑to‑end project lifecycle across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Europe Project Setup team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery and balanced workload.
• Own the regional Revenue Operations control framework covering project setup, backlog management, forecasting, invoicing and cash collection.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters and partner enquiries.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management and Technology teams to strengthen governance and operational treatment of revenue.
• Redesign Europe’s project lifecycle operating model, championing AI, automation and ERP capabilities.
• Own the regional roadmap for project lifecycle systems, prioritising enhancements and delivering continuous improvements.
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs, reporting and analysis to provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior experience in project lifecycle management, revenue control or finance operations leadership within professional services.
• Deep understanding of work‑in‑progress, billing and revenue recognition practices.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to interpret complex contracts.
• Proven track record leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives across international teams.

Required skills

• AI or workflow automation implementation experience.
• ERP, CRM and project lifecycle platforms (Salesforce advantageous).
• Reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
