Regional Fleet & Logistics Analyst

About the role

Indie Campers is looking for a Regional Fleet & Logistics Analyst to manage fleet operations across local depots, ensuring high vehicle availability, quality, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with the Regional Fleet Lead and local teams to drive operational performance and support expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve fleet and asset management procedures within the region.
• Maximize fleet availability through efficient in‑fleeting, intervention, and de‑fleeting processes.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels at depots and manage spare‑parts procurement.
• Support local operations with vehicle interventions and technical guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics with external providers.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimise vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Contribute to regional expansion projects and set up new locations.
• Track operational KPIs and use data to enhance fleet quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement or operational management.
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented and consistent in following operational procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and adaptability to fast‑changing environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
