About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our Delta Hotels by Marriott in Ponta Delgada. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering memorable service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Process operational requests, respond to guest inquiries, and provide local area information.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Relevant hospitality or front‑desk experience.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects ≤10 lb.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company standards.
• No supervisory experience required.
