Receptionist (Front Desk) – Ponta Delgada

About the role

Join a leading international hotel brand as a Receptionist in Ponta Delgada. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and delivering memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑in and check‑out efficiently.
• Assist guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, follow up on guest requests, and update records.
• Handle payments, billing, and cash operations with attention to detail.
• Support guests during their stay to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible availability to cover varying shifts.

Required skills

• Experience in hospitality/front‑office operations.
• Background in tourism or hotel management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (preferred).
