Receptionist (Front Desk) – Full‑time

About the role

As a Receptionist at Delta Hotels by Marriott in the Azores, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering memorable, personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Assist guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, follow up on requests, and update the booking system.
• Handle payments, billing, and cash operations with attention to detail.
• Support guests during their stay to guarantee satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible availability to cover varying shifts.

Required skills

• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera PMS (preferred).
• Previous experience in hotel front‑office or reception roles.
