R2R Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

As an R2R Accountant you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end record‑to‑report process, handling General Ledger, month‑end closing and Fixed Asset activities. You will work with SAP, Smart Close and Blackline tools while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger postings, accruals and other relevant GL items.
• Execute month‑end closing (MEC) activities, including problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain Fixed Asset master data, capitalize assets, manage cost‑center transfers, and calculate depreciation.
• Handle daily R2R requests in line with IFRS, local GAAP and company standards.
• Conduct accounts reconciliation and ensure audit controls are in place.
• Support the implementation and documentation of new finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance Operations.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
• Experience with transitions or transformation projects is a plus.
