Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager leads quality improvement initiatives for a manufacturing or service facility, working hands‑on on the shop floor and collaborating closely with Production and Operations teams. This role ensures the site’s quality system complies with domestic and international standards and drives continuous improvement across product, process, and supplier quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Quality team to maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide direct support to production, participating in daily operations, Lean activities, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the site Management Representative, overseeing Management Review and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with senior management and production leadership.
• Manage complaint handling processes and ensure effective resolution.
• Lead data‑driven improvement projects, process capability assessments, and production optimization.
• Conduct regular shop‑floor assessments and implement sustainable process controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or service environments.
• Strong hands‑on presence on the shop floor and ability to partner with production leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
