Quality Engineer – Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure product excellence across the entire lifecycle, acting as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing. You will support the launch of world‑class sanitary components and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑growing global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality tools such as FMEA to new and existing projects.
• Track and raise project maturity levels throughout development.
• Conduct process audits to uphold ISO‑based standards.
• Identify quality risks, propose and implement corrective actions.
• Support safe product launches within the assigned product group.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for both new and legacy products.
• Report and monitor quality performance metrics, including error rates and cost of quality.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Familiarity with APQP/Stage‑Gate processes.
• Additional training such as auditor certification or Six Sigma is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
