Quality Engineer – Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement

About the role

Join our team as a Quality Engineer. You will ensure excellence throughout the product lifecycle, acting as the link between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing to deliver world‑class products.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
• Track and drive project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to maintain top‑tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support safe launch activities within your product group.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.

Required profile

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus).
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process.
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous.
