Quality Control Technician – Apparel

About the role

As a Quality Control Technician you will be based at our Head Office in Porto, working closely with buyers, designers and merchandisers to ensure new apparel collections meet Parfois’ high standards. You will support the global quality team and gain exposure to production processes across Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Control team by liaising with production teams and designers.
• Review composition labels and verify supplier compliance with Parfois standards.
• Collaborate with the QC team in Asia to monitor production and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage product development and quality approval, including sample validation, technical sheets, raw materials and measurements.
• Track orders and production planning to ensure deadlines, procedures and quality standards are met.
• Work with the China office on supplier management, problem‑solving and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality control or production role.
• Relevant training in Quality Control, Production or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, proactive and resilient manner.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
