Quality Assurance Analyst – French Language

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking a French‑speaking Quality Assurance Analyst to act as a Subject Matter Expert for quality guidelines. You will evaluate a variety of content types and provide detailed, rationale‑based ratings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for quality guidelines and ensure consistent application.
• Evaluate and rate audio, video, text, and photo content according to task guidelines.
• Document written rationales for each rating to support rater quality.
• Participate in calibration sessions and peer audits.
• Assist in training new team members and interview future hires.
• Manage multiple assignments across different customer projects while meeting KPIs.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English (B2/C1 level).
• University degree preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and strong logical reasoning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
