Python Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to join BairesDev’s fully remote development team. In this position you will design, build and maintain high‑quality Python applications that support our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based applications and services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate with databases, APIs and third‑party services to build robust systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing with Python.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience building web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency with relational or NoSQL databases and data modelling.
• Familiarity with version‑control workflows and collaborative development.
• Advanced level of English communication.
