Purchasing Assistant

About the role

Join Bosch's Home Comfort division as a Purchasing Assistant, supporting the end‑to‑end procurement process in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, managing price agreements, and supporting internal controls while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ordering process and streamline workflows.
• Manage and update price agreements in the system to maintain data quality.
• Administer purchasing‑related master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Support standard market inquiries, evaluating potential suppliers and solutions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data across all IT platforms.
• Oversee loan contracts for inventories, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Assist internal control procedures to uphold Bosch’s compliance standards.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within purchasing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles, preferably in a large international organization.
• Demonstrated ability to support process‑improvement projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
