Property Manager – Residential Services

About the role

The Property Manager will act as the Residential Service Coordinator for Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a private members‑only community in Comporta, Portugal. You will ensure a seamless, luxurious experience for members by overseeing a wide range of services and amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Manage and coordinate amenities such as spa, fitness, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute resident events and activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to keep the property pristine.
• Communicate upcoming events, updates, and news to residents.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with external vendors for catering, landscaping, security, and other services.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, expense tracking, and financial reporting for residential services.
• Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations to deliver a cohesive resident experience.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
