Project & Operations Manager – Pharma & Healthcare Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Project & Operations Manager to support our scientific consultancy’s pharmaceutical and healthcare projects. The position is remote‑first, part‑time (25–50 % FTE), with occasional meetings in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise internal workflows and operational processes across multiple teams.
• Support project planning, timeline creation, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and internal procedures.
• Review scientific documents for clarity, rigour and alignment with project goals.
• Act as a liaison between cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Contribute to the scalable growth of the organisation’s operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., biomedical sciences, engineering).
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management or coordination.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
• High level of rigour, reliability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management platforms such as ClickUp or Monday.com.
