Project Manager – Wind Energy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead wind turbine maintenance projects from initiation through completion. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage wind turbine maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Lead project execution while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual obligations and client expectations are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in wind energy, renewable energy, construction, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and quality standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
