Project Manager – Transport Infrastructure

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager to lead transport infrastructure projects from its Alfragide office. The role involves overseeing national and international projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Allocate resources efficiently, matching skills to project requirements.
• Guarantee the technical quality of deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in transport‑sector project management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules and budgets.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French or Spanish.
