Project Manager – System Upgrades

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead system upgrade projects from contract award through to final delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards, legislation and best practices. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, budgets and quality expectations while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple upgrade projects, applying consistent methodology across time, cost and quality dimensions.
• Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with contractual work plans.
• Validate timely resolution of items on the Snag List and implement controls to mitigate delays and risks.
• Analyse and control operational costs to protect margins and profitability.
• Identify business opportunities during projects to generate additional orders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal use and client delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and ensure compliance with quality, environment and safety policies.
• Provide performance reporting and key indicators for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good command of English.
