Project Manager / System Analyst – Finance Transformation

About the role

Quanteam is seeking a Project Manager / System Analyst to support finance transformation initiatives for leading banking and financial institutions. The role combines project coordination with technical analysis to ensure seamless delivery of financial interfaces and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance transformation projects, collaborating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones and governance standards.
• Analyze, design, and document functional and technical solutions for financial interfaces between business applications and finance systems.
• Define data flows, integration requirements, and technical specifications to support finance reporting, accounting processes, and system enhancements.
• Participate in testing strategies, functional validation, reporting tests, and post‑implementation support to guarantee solution quality and business continuity.
• Manage system support and maintenance activities for financial interfaces, coordinating stakeholders, resolving issues, and monitoring change requests.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting systems, business analysis, development or testing.
• Experience with financial information systems, interfaces, data flows and technical/functional specifications.
• Good knowledge of English and Portuguese; familiarity with project‑management methodologies and banking products is a plus.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €35,000, based on experience.
• Hybrid work model (50 % onsite in Porto).
