Project Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real‑estate and hospitality development projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Secure all necessary entitlements, permits, and licenses.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, procure design consultants, and oversee contractor selection.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Control costs, conduct financial analysis, and approve invoices and payments.
• Maintain quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and manage punch‑list items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in real‑estate or hospitality development.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and secure permits.
