Project Manager – Product Analysis Capability

About the role

As a Project Manager for Product Analysis Capability, you will ensure that Bosch automotive products can be thoroughly analysed throughout their lifecycle—from triage and production to field complaints. You will act as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, guiding analysis requirements from project kickoff through Series Care.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee effective analysis across all product stages (triage, production, 0km/0hrs, field complaints).
• Serve as the primary interface for stakeholders on analysis capabilities during development.
• Own projects from initiation to Series Care (QGC5) and integrate Warranty Analysis and Triage requirements early.
• Collaborate with project teams, customers, and external partners to deliver test equipment and analysis tools on schedule.
• Escalate risks or quality issues and maintain key artifacts such as the Analysis Handbook and Analysis Concept.
• Support teams in preparing for Quality Gates and ensure knowledge transfer to Series Care.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware/software/system requirements management with cross‑functional, distributed teams.
• Strong background in development environments that combine hardware and software.
• Good understanding of test design, analysis methodologies, Warranty Analysis and Triage processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
