Project Manager / PMO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / PMO Specialist to support a prestigious international financial group on non‑IT management consulting projects. The role focuses on driving strategic, corporate‑level initiatives, preparing executive reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead organizational and strategic projects with a corporate focus, without an IT/technology component.
• Develop, structure and track progress reports, KPIs and metrics to aid decision‑making.
• Create high‑impact executive presentations for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate inter‑departmental alignment and support change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of project‑management fundamentals; experience as a PMO or junior/mid‑level consultant is highly valued.
• Strong client focus, excellent written and verbal communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous and capable of making confident decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive presentation design.
• Advanced capability in MS Excel for data handling, reporting and metric analysis.
• Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
