Project Manager – Medium-sized Complex Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-sized, complex projects in the technology and engineering domains. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate project constraints to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and quality to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project plans, including risk identification and mitigation actions.
• Align financial execution with project planning and budgetary goals.
• Maintain clear, assertive communication with stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• Prepare regular status reports and management information to support decision‑making.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve project constraints and blockers.
• Promote cross‑team collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium‑sized to complex projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record in handling scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and resolve critical project roadblocks.
